Anxiety have many forms. Mine is a ticking time bomb which can go off any moment you least expect it.

You should find what's causing your anxiety and remove it from your life.

@SW-User it's not always that easy though. Same cases it's easier an others. A cause of my issues are the difficulties my son is having in school and in live I won't or can't remove that from my life.

@SW-User anxiety is not easy to cure. My anxiety developed when I was young. I was deprived of my father's love, joy of childhood and a happy family. Looking upon my life now, I am doing fine, a good job, roof above my head, enough money and a loving partner. Sometimes when you're in your vulnerable moments, the ghosts of your past might crept on you. During those times, you can't control yourself. I am trying to pull myself together, the number of outbreaks occurance is decreasing too.
