I Am Depressed Because I'm Lonely

I'm kinda freaking out right now. My boyfriend dumped me, my dad lived with me but he passed a few months ago. I'm sitting here alone, depressed and panicked. I'm so lonely. I feel like I'm going crazy.

find something you enjoy doing...don't let your happiness be dependent upon others..join a gym, (and go!) that's what i did
