I've been there... I know this sounds totally stupid, but a friend of mine taught me this trick when I was really down. First, take a deep 3 second Inhale followed by a deep four second powerful exhale. If you do that a few times, it usually will lower your blood pressure a smidge. Of course my other favorite (which has worked for me) is go punch the shit out of a pillow. Sounds stupid, but it helped me. Of course, there are plenty of us hear to listen if you need to talk. Hang in there :)
