I Am So Depressed I Wake Up Tired and Feel Tired All Day

I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and severe clinical depression. At times it gets so bad where I just want to barricade myself in my room, talk to no one, and just cry all day long. It hurts. And this is the only place I feel safe outside of my social life with my 2 friends.

God I know what u mean. It's been really difficult recently, I don't it being my birthday helped anything. Getting older nothing to show for it just tears and torture
