So much shit is going on in my life right now. I have to get up for work at 9:00 AM and it's currently 2:08 AM as I type this, but I just can't sleep because of how badly in pain I'm in.
I have a lot of morning anxiety so I think I understand a bit of what you feel. Google morning anxiety and try the suggestions they helped me a lot! If you can possibly book off sick... I'd do that.. Just to be kind to yourself for tonight while you research morning anxiety.. Good luck!
