I Think You Must Be Depressed To Understand Depression

It sucks it sucks it sucks soooooooo effing much. It's like NO ONE in the whole wide world understands what's happening with you and even if u tried to explain they wouldn't comprehend

Sometimes I find I can't articulate what I feel internally

I don't know that it's possible to put into words what depression feels like. I think you're right; they can't comprehend, that is, unless they've had depression, too.

I agree. There are others on here who feel that same way I am sure. Took me years before I could start to describe how I felt to someone else.

It does suck!! For no apparent reason I have been depressed for the last couple of days. Depression is the hardest thing I deal with in my life.
