I Think Intelligence Can Cause Depression and Isolation

But I Also Thinks....... I think Intelligence Can Cause Depression and Isolation, but i also think the person in such situation should believe in him/herself and in god that they are going on right track. And pl. try not to over think as it is not good for your mental health.

Take healthy fresh and green leafy vegetables, and a lot of bananas.

Walk bare foot on green grass, preferably in the morning.

If you have a beach near you, walk on the side, where the water keeps striking your feet. Otherwise take a bucket/tub of warm water, add some salt to it and dip your feet for 15 minutes.

Meet your friends more often in reality(not just virtual/internet), share and discuss your problems with them.

Laugh and smile as often as possible, even if you don't feel happy, as laughing triggers +veness in you.

Try to feel +ve and happiness in you, you may try smiling with your day dreams.

Daily jog is a must . Take care of yourself

Avoid excess caffeine, alcohol and sweets

This sounds like good advice I do avoid those thing drug alcohol and sweets I have stopped drinking coffee as well

no just walking sometimes like two, three or four hours at a time

there is difference in walking and jogging, jogging is a good exercise for heart as well as brain, and many times beneficial then walking, you will experience yourself when you start jogging.
