I Battle Depression

I hear the words you say as I pass by. They make sense and I try to hold on to them. Everything is a mess. It all falls away from me now. I know where I should be I just cant reach that place. That alone is enough to drive me deeper.

I see life out my window. It looks bright and splendid, I so desperately want to take part.

Yet here is where I find myself. alone and departed.
