I Battle Depression

Is it normal for depression to creep back in when you think things are getting better? What helps you fight through the pain?

Yessss. Just keep up with your routine. Keep trying. That's all it takes. You may never be cured... But you will have good times.

@lovelywarpedlemon Thank you :)
@AbbeyRoad You're welcome. Have you ever tried a support group?

@lovelywarpedlemon I've tried some, I couldn't find many in my area. I think I'll have a look around again for some.

I play music. Sometimes it helps. May be you could find something that not only makes relaxes you but actually makes you happy.

Yes. I try anything and everything to fight it. Some good things and some bad but fight we must. Sleeping through it helps me. Sad to say but sometimes that's all I can do.

Set yourself some achievable goals, find more interests, join interest groups, make friends. You will run out of time for depressive thoughts.
