I Am Depressed More Than People Realize

I went through a time where I was really depressed. Then I got a lot better. But I'm afraid I'm starting to fall back again. & it's like I know I don't want to start with those feelings again but Idk how to stop them. I'm just exhausted of always acting like I'm doing ok 🤷🏻‍♀️
