I Fight Depression and Loneliness Everyday

I feel like depression and social anxiety disorder, though they are bad friends, are the only two that are real friends. I think if I got rid of the bad friends maybe I could actually form some true, solid, good friendships that don't end as soon as they begin

I get that as it pertains to my ADHD and Bipolar. I get the super highs but I get the anger and the depression that comes with it. I love them as friends because of the energy and the focus I get, but I hate the angry and depression. I hold no judgments and am always around if people need someone to bounce this on I hold no judgments.🙂
