...Alright. I don't know if what you're looking for is advice or not, but with calming down, I find it helps to talk it out--to yourself, to God, whoever--or write it out. Just to get the thoughts sorted and out of your head. It also helps somewhat to take a deep breath and focus all your attention on something else, and describe it in as much detail as you can. That keeps your mind off your thoughts and prevents room for them to return, at least for a while.
