I Hate Being Depressed All The Time

People are so stupidly happy all around, with the silliest things possible. And here I am, gazing at the twilight, wishing it was night.

Being silly can be a way to minimize/escape pain, though. Don't be too quick to judge them, or ever be jealous of others just because they may appear happier than you are.
@Elessar That is exactly right. Some put on a very good show.

You're probably deficient on your B-complex vitamins. Take the sublingual B-12, as it gets in your system faster. I take the ones at Walmart in cherry flavor, which melt under the tongue easily and taste good. Then follow up with a high potency B-complex supplement. You'll feel better in no time.
@SW-User Oh. I don't know. 😊

@LadyGrace You're very sweet for trying to help. If I know anything about depression it's that it's a very complex, deep thing that is within the realm of God's healing, but other than that seemingly impossible to overcome.
@SW-User I'm just speaking from experience , as I had also suffered tremendous depression and a very deep grieving period, that I thought I could not get through , but I kept praying and asking God to help me and he did. I know from experience that when I took the sublingual B12, it truly helped me. I was so deficient in that and doctors also tell people the same . All I can say is it worked wonders for me and pulled me out of something I did not think I would be able to survive. God also helped me.

I know full well about depression. Sometimes people cannot help it, because they are deficient in certain vitamins . People think they don't work and it's all in a person's head, but I can surely vouch that it is not. When I started taking the B12's that melts under the tongue, Day by day pulled me out of the depression and grieving. Before that, I could not even move. I just sat in my chair day after day looking out the window . So I know they work.

There was a lady at church who was going through terrible depression, as well . Not as bad as mine at the time, but she struggled each day. I told her about the B vitamins and she went to her doctor and came back and said, you were right. My doctor told me the same thing and so she started taking them and then she was fine. God uses doctors, too. Not all are good, but there are a few good ones.
What is something that makes you feel better? Nothing wrong about liking the night, you may need an intropective moment associated with darkness.

Believe me good days will be back :) :) Thoda waqt lagta hai bass
It's all a result of our indoctrination. Authority goes out of it's way to create an environment in which people can be perpetually entertained.
People who exercise critical thinking do not serve the government's interests. We're kept as dumbed down as possible so we don't get in the way.

And sometimes those people pretending to be stupidly happy, are hurting just as much as you are.

I remember that feeling.
The cursed sun. Why bring your light to my eyes?
There is no light in me.
only death.

I remember all those years. I'm so sorry.
