I Battle Depression and Anxiety

Sometimes I think there is a point in which you pass where there is no coming back. People never really seem to understand this about people who suffer from depression or anxiety, but sometimes a soul has felt more than enough pain, felt more than enough loneliness or enough hopelessness that it can't be healed from it's brokenness.A huge part of this sickness is the breaking of your will. Pessimistic thinking becomes insurmountable and you can't allow yourself to believe there is something worth living for or even that there is anything good in this life. In turn, the negative thinking becomes an addiction. You actually start thinking you want to be destroyed. You want nothing good for yourself, and you do this out of spite or anger. It's an endless cycle that leads to more pain and the worst part about it is, things shouldn't be this way. Things were never meant to be this way.
