I Am Depressed

Losing a friend isn't easy and you shouldn't blame yourself, I have had it happen a good bit. Friends out grow each other or find other friends, grow apart, and if you really cared about the person it feels like the end of the world, the reason a person cuts contact off is because they want to avoid conflict and answering questions about what went wrong,, I don't think it was the right way of ending a friendship but that is my opinion. It's going to happen alot more as you get older and it gets easier, your friend shouldn't have left you guessing and confused, I think finding new friends is the best way to get over it. I hope you are going to feel better soon, don't put the blame on yourself,
