I Often Feel Like Depression Has Me Not That I Have Depression

So I've been in a deep dark abyss of depression for idk how long now. P much all I do is watch reruns of adult cartoons and sleep.

Shows that help with depression for some reason.

Something I’ve never told anyone I started watching it’s always sunny in Philadelphia about ten years ago when I was 11 or 12. I tried to kill myself and woke up in the hospital, Sunny was playing and it made me laugh which was something I wasn’t used to.

@dahliaspaceship these are the universal shows of depressed people. Ever have people who aren’t as smart as you just not be able to understand the show or take zero interest? It’s cause most of these shows only appeal to a small intelligent depressed few
