I Often Feel Like Depression Has Me Not That I Have Depression

So I've been in a deep dark abyss of depression for idk how long now. P much all I do is watch reruns of adult cartoons and sleep.

I hope you feel better and I totally get what you mean when you say depression has you and not the other way around.

There's ups and downs and things never stay the same.
There will be times when you feel good.
Dont lose hope.
