I Am Depressed

I was feeling great a few hours ago... but all of a sudden I'm depressed for no apparent reason

Thats the worrying thing about depression it just hits at anytime. But it can be helped if you turn to the right people and ignore asshole who say "Maybe you should just cheer up" lol :)
