Agree - it could be a body defense mechanism! Sometimes the unhappiest people are friends and family who see the suffering person as being enveloped in what they consider unhappiness or opting out.

You are right my problem was work related stress. It was wrongly diagnosed as depression linked to the death of my father. Still the medication was great as I was really laid back and it was cheaper than alcohol! Only counselling actually cured the headaches !

Thanks for your concern. Think I would recognise symptoms of it being likely to happen again and would take action to stop it. What about you?
