I Never Chose To Have Depression

My mother makes it seem like it's my fault I have this stigma attached to me, dragging it behind me like a murder weapon leaving the crime scene. Why would I ever choose such a horrible affliction that causes me to sometimes never want to leave the house, and become so paranoid to even leave my bedroom sometimes? That's right, I just want to experience happiness again.

Then while you are stuck in your bedroom, take up meditation.

Begin with healing music - on YouTube try Vortex Success or Relax River.

Music will soften your heart muscle, will calm an over active mind. When you can tap into those thought of fear and worry, then you will begin to catch them before they take hold and you believe them to be true.

Your mind can be your friend, at the moment it is your FOE.

Then too, look at how much sugar you have in your body, many food companies place so much sugar/preservatives in processed food. Do you get fresh veggies/fruit every day? Why, as your gut bacteria will be in your blood stream, that will effect your brain. Sounds not true, but it can cause you to be so unbalanced.

Then how much movement do you do each day? Even sing and dance in your room, the more we move, then we create new brain connections.

This quote is for you:
No one is free who has not obtained the empire of himself. No man is free who cannot command himself.”
