I Struggle With Depression and Anxiety

Hello people, so I've got something to say that I'm too afraid to tell someone because I feal weak. I need help after my last tour I look in the mirror I see a monster that did horrible things. I relieve those things almost every day.

I know that feeling some days I am just paralyzed by my anxiety and depression I don`t move out of my chair. I am haunted by things, and can`t shake it.
