I Am Depressed

I give my frustration to God and say, "Lord, give me the strength to make it through this unsavory period of my life, because I certainly can't do it on my own!"

i do the same but there has to be another way. i mean something has to fix it right?

I feel that often.
There aren't many options available for me so I simply sit or lie and listen to music (if I can) or listen to my breathing.
