I've had very little motivation for too long now. Right now my self esteem is below zero. It's learning to change my thinking. Which takes time and persistence. I feel like a loser 99% of the time

Sorry to hear that have you tried medication?.....Anxiety is the same way, unless you have it you dont really understand it
