I Battle Depression

Hello. I did not do a very good job today with controlling my frustration. It was not the students. It was another teacher in my classroom. I am off for a few days for my procedure so it will give me time to chill out. Hugs to all

I worked with high risk juvenile offenders in a downtown detention center for many years, then at the state mental hospital for 10 years with adolescents and then adults. And yet, as with many teachers, it was usually a colleague or an administrator who caused most of the job stress.
