I Fight Depression and Loneliness Everyday

Hello, I am new to Similar Worlds. I have suffered with depression since my teen years. I still have my good days and bad days. Today started off good, but as the day rolled on it was rough. I have been told that I can control how I react to those rough days. Today I forgot that. I am going to tell myself tonight that tomorrow is a new day. Thanks for reading!!!
