You're not alone. The world has become a lonely, isolative place. Sitting on your own struggling with depression... A million other people are doing the same. They would all help if they could.

I know these feelings all too well, and they are worse on holidays, like today...

Sometimes I think why can't all the lonely people in the world get together somehow and find support in each others lonliness. I wish there was a way to do it
