Years ago I was hospitalized and diagnosed with bipolar.

But I honestly don’t think I am.. I don’t have those feelings and don’t struggle with depression anymore.

I was already stable, but ever since I got sober it really helped to stabilize me more fully and I don’t see myself going backward mentally again.

I too have been diagnosed as bi-polar. I’m not, either, or I was then, due to a bad marriage, and the cure for me was leaving.

“They” think we are looking for a label to explain us. No, that’s for insurance companies.

Congratulations on your sobriety. That’s a major step.

Never forget the diagnosis is as good as whoever wrote it.

If there comes a time when you personally need to know your label(s), go get a psych eval by a respected
doctor.
