On the low side atm

When I was still living in Italy, I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder II, and I'm feeling very low atm.
Only last week I was feeling better... and now I'm back to this crap low mood.
It's never ending.

I have great compassion for those who go into a low state of mind, because I can do it so easily myself.
I wish I had a bunch of answers to give you.
I wish there was a magic wand that I could wave and make everyone happy.
I would like to say that therapy helps 100% of the time and that meds help 100% of the time, but we all know that's not true.
My own theories it must lie in our own thoughts that they are fractured ,we were hurt we, suffered trauma and we need coping skills on how to work through that trauma.
You wouldn't ask an eighth grader to explain the theory of relativity and expect a plausible and concisive answer.
Yet many people still believe that pills or therapy will snap us out of it.
Yet, people continue to go to therapy for years and years and take pills for the rest of their livescjust to take the edge off.
Now, this is just my opinion so, if taking medication helps you and if therapy is a great comfort to you those are tools, but in my own opinion they do not cure depression.
Like many things coping skills, having a different mindset, and letting ourselves feel what we feel go a long way .
And in saying that, sometimes, we're not ready yet to take those steps we're not less than anyone else because we're at that spot in our life.
May ,you find compassionate people, whether they understand the condition or not, who don't judge you and may you find some peace in that.
