Hey hey, I'm sorry you're experiencing the other swing of this condition we have. I would like to encourage you try another psychiatrist. Unfortunately as most people who have had to navigate the mental health system will tell you,finding the right psychiatrist/therapist can be hard. Sometimes you have to go on a couple of bad dates before you find the right one.

It's so scary and I do not know who to choose. I went to someone who gave me medication that seemed fit to my condition and I want to take the meds but do not want to go back to the psychiatrist. (she was judgemental)
I am so scared of going to another one in my state of mind (when I went to the first three I was hypomaniac so it was okay to have them judge me... but now? I don't even know how I'm going to be reacting.)
I'm also scared to start the meds, it is going to be a big big big journey and none of my family knows about it. I'm so worried.
