Over sharing

I flet like sharing something personal. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Over the past year, I’ve been going through crazy highs (manic episodes), super low lows (depression), and even some hallucinations. It’s been a lot, but getting a diagnosis and treatment helps me make sense of it all. I’m still learning and figuring things out, but I just wanted to be open about it.
If you’re struggling too, you’re not alone. Sending love!”

Hey, don't worry about oversharing, there's no such thing on this website. You can bear it all. Congratulations for sticking with treatment. As someone with bipolar 2 I can attest to the power of treatment. Treatment is the reason I can live a functional life. It's not easy having bipolar but having a diagnosis as young as you are means you have a greater chance at a well adjusted life than those of our people who live their lives not knowing what's wrong with them and therefore never get treatment.
