I Am Bipolar

In love with my manic.

I've gone manic and my people are worried.
But for me this is life and I am unsullied.

There's no weed in sight.
And it's an endless flight.

I can't sleep, i can't eat, i can't calm down my nerves.
I can only feel now and the curves and swerves.

My thoughts are stacked up and my mind is full.
This chaos and noise is my own push and pull.

This has no symptoms yet causes a panic.
But I am in love with this thing called manic.

yeah, I love my "manic" as well, it's the crash afterwards that I hate

@hippygypsy: yeah, I hear what you're saying...my "solution" is to just go somewhere quiet and sleep it off...sometimes it only takes a few hours, sometimes a few days

@booboo: same here. But unfortunately it interferes with real life. Its hard for me to hold a job but I'd hate to get stuck on disability.

@hippygypsy: very much so hippy...wish I'd known my diagnosis though much earlier in life...I might have been a little easier on myself ... beat myself up a lot over it
