I Am Bipolar

I have bipolar and on quite a few different meds. I usually don't post anything like this about myself. I'm not seeking attention, I just want to share. I have been doing really well for quite some time. Today, I feel so much anger and turmoil inside of me. I just want to go yell and scream. I don't want to be bothered by anyone. This just isn't normal for me. I've been on track. I'm going to try to get there once again. Thanks for listening.

Blessings to you dear! Just maybe, you are still on track. I maybe talking wildly too, but when I was at your age my hormones kicked in. My emotions were crazy. ;-) I began my journey into menopause! I was already walking an edge but man oh man... when my hormones acted up... It rocked my world and not in a good way!
