I Am Bipolar

Gaaah, I'm going out of my mind, I can't deal. I don't even know how to describe this state, but it's unbearable and it's not stopping. I wish I could switch off my brain until it goes away 😭

Though never having been officially diagnosed with this, in reading the "symptom list", it would seem I am as well.

@xixgun Try reading some firsthand accounts of what it's like, and see if you relate. This is what really convinced me. The bipolar subreddit is a very good place for this, and bipolar_irl for relatable shitposts.
