Gaaah, I'm going out of my mind, I can't deal. I don't even know how to describe this state, but it's unbearable and it's not stopping. I wish I could switch off my brain until it goes away 馃槶

@InOtterWords I have the usual daily meds but I'm out of benzos and I can't drink. I won't be able to sleep, it will just be that horrible circus in my head until I have a panic attack. I'll shower, though, maybe I can manage that without having a meltdown 馃
