I Am Bipolar

These new meds seem to be kind of working, I'm a lot calmer and I'm not having constant anxiety attacks and [c=#BF0000]RAGE[/c] and insomnia and paranoia and all that fun shit you get on the high end, and I also haven't had a single migraine since I started taking it. But it's making me zoned out zombie and sleepy all the time, and I feel unfunny and uncreative. Bleah. Maybe I should back off a bit and try to find a happy medium because I don't really want to spend the rest of my life feeling like this.

My sister was Bipolar, bless her, and she had a diet which apparently helped her. I can remember some of her bad time, that and my brothers heavy asthma attacks. I did feel for them, all I ever got was broken limbs (soon mended).
Good luck on finding a relief, its out there somewhere.

@Uncfred Thank you. I'm already a million times better than I was 5 years ago, it's just such a frustratingly long road.

@SW-User Yea, and does it actually end, the thing is we seldom see what you feel and often don't react as we should.

@Uncfred I never realized how opaque and hard to understand it is for other people until recently. That's a large part of why I talk about it on here, to try to demystify it.

@SW-User These things ought to be addressed at school level, if people only knew how disruptive it is for you, then the none sufferers would be more supportive.
