It's because everybody has their own definition of normal, and they can't imagine life any other way. That's the only thing. Like I can't imagine there are people who don't have an internal dialogue with words. That's so foreign to me, but apparently it's a thing.

@LordShadowfire it just feels so condescending because autism is so stigmatized.
