some might. but I know a lot of autistic people and most of them are very nice and loving people

It varies from one individual to another, depending on their level of functionality.

if you are not outgoing and don't talk a mile a minute about trivial crap, autistic or no ,they assume your rude , angry, or both.

I disagree and depending on their autism, they can come across as friendly and caring; it is unwise to generalize a whole group of people.

Rude is purely something derived from communication, so that's true if they don't know how to communicate. I've noticed that many times autistic people tend to actually be more cold, as in unsympathetic for people. I don't think people come off as cold unless they are cold.
