Autistic people come off as rude, cold, and uncaring because they don't know how to communicate like most normal people but mean no harm?

It varies from one individual to another, depending on their level of functionality.

if you are not outgoing and don't talk a mile a minute about trivial crap, autistic or no ,they assume your rude , angry, or both.

Are you asking question to this? In my life this sentence is very true

"Normal people" 🤔
@Morrigan what do you call a normal person
That’s me but I be doing it on purpose because I’m a jerk
I disagree and depending on their autism, they can come across as friendly and caring; it is unwise to generalize a whole group of people.

Rude is purely something derived from communication, so that's true if they don't know how to communicate. I've noticed that many times autistic people tend to actually be more cold, as in unsympathetic for people. I don't think people come off as cold unless they are cold.
