I have a neighbour who is 27 he has autism..

He's never had a job or gone to college, his parents are always telling him all he can't do, they really aren't nice to him, I know because he's always talking to my husband and he tells him things he probably shouldn't, he's obviously disabled and lacking support.

He got himself in a mess, he says he went to the toilet in a public park, but somebody saw him and says he was performing a sex act on himself while watching 2 teenage school girls, the judge let him off and says I don't want to see you again in this court again (I feel he was lenient because of his obvious disability)

But now, If I google his name it comes up on a sex register, jeez.. What a mess

I see this guy all the time, his parents have now told him he shouldn't go out and he needs to wear his hood up to hide, he can't explain himself properly and it's hard to know what's the truth, it's so weird

Autism is not a threat to society is the lack of the knowledge of autism to make people stupid to the awareness of what goes on with someone who has autism I have a mild form of autism with social reaction explaining things over and over not being able to deal with certain paperwork and doing certain type of things in the house I get frustrated really easily would you call me a bad person for all those problems?

@AJ023 I never said that it was. My son has autism and he's not doing anything weird or illegal, just because someone has autism and does bad things doesn't mean it's the autism that made them do it.

My post was about what my neighbour did, the fact that he has autism is inconsequential
