I remember one of my teachers from high school telling me that most males are born with autism. Is that true?

If that is true it would explain why men are a bit weird. Not in a bad way but very different.

As someone with undiagnosed Asperger's, I'd say most do. It's an extreme form of the male intelligence. Any behaviour of which you'd say "that's such a guy thing" could be Asperger's.

It shows more in boys.
My understanding is not that "most males have autism" but that there are probably more autistic males than females.
Even so…
