Most posts in here seem years old

I can leave my house and go to a store, walk or a pub..but if I'm with others, and new people especially..I feel im going to panic. I believe I read it's a form of Agoraphobia. So I'll decline trips that are further away with friends, and I even get a twinge of panic walking with someone else. Like am I going to feel trapped. I know it's from decades of trauma and being told I have no rights. That I needed to accept whatever happened to me. My parent was cruel and these oppressive ideas made me very anxious and scared as an adult. Do you have this form of Agoraphobia?

Might be your settings. Or the groups you chose. But we’re alive and well.

Probably feed settings. I hate the way the feed is here. No matter how I set the settings I still have to hit new posts all the time
