Does anyone here have experience with ADHD? What advice would you give to someone dealing with it?

My girlfriend just got diagnosed with it a few days ago and she's pretty bummed out. I wish I could be more supportive, but I literally have no idea what could help

You, personally, can't do anything except get educated on the subject. Look up videos from authorities(avoid clickbaity supercuts). Dr. Russell Barkley is pretty much the top of the heap.

The first thing you'll learn is how many other people you know have it.

Things it took me a while to learn:
Don't take it personally when someone tunes out...their brain is doing it arbitrarily. ADHD is largely about dysregulation--of attention, emotions, impulses, etc. I often say that ADHD brains don't have an off switch, and they don't once they get going.

My fiancee has it, and it's never a dull moment. Good luck.
