Diagnosed only last year.
Focus was always horrible, i would make stupid small mistakes or even forget to save work when someone interrupted me. I always spent more time inside my head than out as a kid, even now i prefer to play computer games than talk to people.
Sometimes my brain would lose focus in the middle of conversations or i would interrupt someone with thoughts out of left field.

@Arnoldjrmmer I know how it is. We just learn differently. Honestly, people with ADHD are some of the best people out there. The thing is, in life, we always have to work to meet others' standards. No one else understand us besides those who can actually understand us. I am now learning how to drive, and it's the hardest thing I've ever done in my life. Harder than my university degree and all my other academic accolades
