i'm so overstimulated rn

its hard for me to talk when i'm overstimulated, and idk how to cope. any loud noise, bright light, things touching me makes it worse.
Stop.
Do something that brings you back to yourself,
- grounding,
- a few monents with headphones on,
- 5 minutes alone in a quiet room (even toilet cubicle).....re- center yourself .
Talk to your doctor
