I just realised now that I gotta keep still during my MRI scan...

I dunno how I'm gonna cope because I'm fidgety as heck

(I'm getting my head scanned and they say it will take up to an hour)

First, good luck on a head scan.

The way I've managed situations like this is to just keep apologizing. You won't be able to completely stop it, and you're not the first to fidget in those machines. I indicate I know I should be still but that
it's a little difficult for me. People work with you.
