ADHD zone outs can be downright dangerous 😔

I'm terrified of driving for this reason alone.

Relatable. But with me the OCD kinda overrides the ADHD. I'm scared to death I ran over a person or animal.

I get intrusive thoughts that try to peer pressure me to do dangerous stuff 😖
