Why does every second person think they have adhd

Everywhere I go every second person has adhd, if you go on reddit every post is about their adhd. I genuinely don’t believe this many people have broken brains. Some people are animated, spirited, have creative wild minds and are not suppose to be steady, focused, rote or rational. Also I think the younger generation have grown up online and have because of it have withering spans of attention. Really tired of every second person claiming adhd.

or autism. At times I read that whole families have either autism, asperger or have ADHD. It is hard to believe.

@revenant Considering all the pollutants and garbage in the food, maybe only somewhat exaggerated by hypochondriacs or people looking for excuses.
