Why does every second person think they have adhd

Everywhere I go every second person has adhd, if you go on reddit every post is about their adhd. I genuinely don’t believe this many people have broken brains. Some people are animated, spirited, have creative wild minds and are not suppose to be steady, focused, rote or rational. Also I think the younger generation have grown up online and have because of it have withering spans of attention. Really tired of every second person claiming adhd.

I think you have to be focused for the most part to do well in society. I can't focus worth a damn, but I dunno if that is just depression related or what. I know my mind is broken. IDK the label, I just need to fix me ASAP.
