Apps To Help With Routines/Goals

I've been using the Finch app lately to try and help me remember to keep up my routines like drinking water and keeping up with chores around the house.

So far I've gotten either all, or most, of my goals for 5 out of the last 15 days and have only had 3 days where I've had no goals completed.

I'm trying to get to the point where I can make my bed, turn off my phone an hour before bed and brush my teeth twice a day, every day, even without reminders.

Does anyone else use Finch or similar apps? Or have any recommendations on helping with routine management.

I used Habitica for a while

it was helpful and kinda fun 😬

Also bullet journaling has kinda been a life saver too
