One thing I've made sure I do when I turned 50 was to always protect my peace. Becoming 50 was a huge deal for me and I felt a huge "lifequake" happen. I no longer feel naive, always listen to my instincts and have found my voice. Feels good 🙂

growing up is actually the best. i know what food i like, how to make it, what traits i like in people, how to see red flags. i have good memories to look back on and even more to look forward to 🙂‍↕
