Question for recovering paraphiles

Any advice on how to stop involuntary dreaming of acting on paraphilia in your dreams? Anything works, even if it is to cancel all dreams altogether.

Im trying to recover and "cancel" harmful thoughts, and even tho im going a great job in my day to day life, i cant always control whats happening in my dreams. So if theres any kind of tea or medicine thats easily avaliable... that would help

I used to have unwanted thoughts(about a woman) via OCD. I can't remember much about dreams, but SSRI drugs helped during the day.

Paraphilias encompass a wide range of non-sexual, fetishy things.

@TryingtoLava "safety" because i already have few infamous accounts and i cannot use the same name while venting about personal things for it will ruin my reputation and relationships. Besides i had no other creative name ideas so lol
